This morning we harvested a foot-long zucchini from the garden. I was reading my Betty Crocker cookbook looking for interesting ways to cook with the veggie and came across the Ratatouille recipe. Since I saw the movie earlier this year, I figured "what the heck?" :)
But being curious, I went online to look for more options on the recipe. AND THEN I FOUND IT. A Web site called "Cooking for Engineers" and had a good, long laaaaaaaaaugh. C'mon. I'm the daughter of an engineer and my baby brother is in school to become an engineer. I KNOW about analytical minds! Anyhow, Baby Paul, check out this site if you need some inspiration this summer! :)

And for anyone interested, the Ratatouille recipe is HERE.
