OOOOh, let's talk about this.


Use your favorite pancake recipe. Cut a peach into rings (pretty thin ones). Push it down into the batter, cook as you normally would.

Tasty, tasty, tasty!!!

I did this quite a bit in Aug/Sept when we had a lot of fresh peaches. :)
